PROJECT OVERVIEW
This is a European Union Initiative to support productive and market – integrated smallholder agriculture through the provision of financial support to agri-enterprises.
AGRIFI aims to improve the capacity of smallholder farmers / pastoralists to practice environmentally sustainable and climate smart agriculture as a business in inclusive value chains.
The AGRIFI Challenge Fund is part of the wider AGRIFI programme, that accelerates and leverages investments within value chains in Kenya. The projects engages farmers across the country in more than 30 counties. Afrifoods Limited through its mentorship programmes have worked in partnership with Smart Logistics Solutions (SLS) in training of service providers, business unit leaders, internal re-organization and creation of market linkages under NYOTA BEANS PRODUCTION
